Dexterity Ventures Inc. Announces Beta Launch of First-of-Its- Kind “Place2Give” Philanthropic Web Portal

Calgary, AB, December 22, 2010 – Dexterity Consulting, a leading philanthropic advisory
firm, is pleased to announce the beta launch of the innovative Place2Give.com, Philanthropic
web portal.

Place2Give.com is the creation of Gena Rotstein, who’s over 15 years of experience in the non-
profit world made her come to the conclusion that today’s donors need to experience something
different than the current way the charitable sector functions. The cost of raising a dollar is
increasing, donor fatigue is rampant, and charities just keep churning out the same fund-raising
routines hoping to increase their share of the pie. In response to this situation, Gena set out to
create Canada’s first on-line, donor-centered, search-match-give donation portal.

Place2Give.com’s beta version was launched in late November 2010 and provides any and
all Canadian donors the opportunity to access publicly available information on the charitable
sector in one place. Donor users of the system can register, complete a donor profile form and
then search various charities that best match them. The system tracks various donor trends and
empowers donors to make the best giving decisions possible. Once the donors have completed
their evaluation, the system then enables them to donate on-line.

Place2Give.com draws on several public data sets, including Charity Intelligence, Canada
Revenue Agency and the charities themselves to provide the donors with the information to
make an informed charitable decision.
